Trimotors Technology Corporation Named Exclusive Distributor for Bajaj Solo Motorcycles and Chetak Electric Scooters in Philippines
Manila, Philippines – December 1, 2025 – Trimotors Technology Corporation (TTC), part of the J-Del Group of Companies, has been appointed exclusive distributor for Bajaj Solo motorcycles and Chetak electric scooters in the Philippines. The move expands TTC’s partnership with Bajaj Auto Limited (BAL), following the deployment of over 150,000 Bajaj three-wheelers nationwide.
The Bajaj Solo targets daily commuters, logistics providers, and motorcycle taxi services amid rising demand in these sectors. The Chetak electric scooter aligns with government pushes for sustainable transport, featuring advanced battery technology, a range of up to 137 km per charge, and zero emissions.
Raul Manglapus III, TTC President, stated: “Our partnership with Bajaj Auto Limited continues to grow from strength to strength. The trust placed in us to exclusively distribute these new models highlights our shared commitment to elevating local transportation options.”
TTC’s nationwide dealer network will handle distribution, supported by aftersales services. Official launches and availability details are forthcoming.

As the announcement coincides with the model’s introduction, online comments remain limited, reflecting its recent entry. Existing discussions on Bajaj motorcycles focus on established models like the CT100 and Pulsar series.
On Reddit’s r/indianbikes, users praised Bajaj’s durability in long-term ownership. One rider highlighted a 7-year-old CT100 with 110,000 km, noting minimal maintenance during an 8,000 km trip. Another shared experiences with a 25-year-old Chetak scooter still operational, emphasizing reliability for commuters. A 10-year-old Pulsar 220 was described as capable for 1,200 km rides with on-road fixes.
Bajaj’s three-wheeler lineup, including the RE model, receives positive notes for affordability and utility in local transport. Priced at around ₱203,888 for the RE, it competes with TVS King in the last-mile segment.
