The 21-year-old from São Paulo, riding for Italtrans Racing Team, finished 11th in the 25-lap race, earning the two points needed to seal the title while rival Manuel Gonzalez scored zero points. Moreira entered the finale with a 22-point lead and ended the season with 265 points, 25 ahead of Gonzalez in second.

Career Background
Born April 23, 2004, Moreira debuted in the European Talent Cup at age 15, winning as a rookie in 2019. He earned a podium in his second JuniorGP season and four podiums in the Red Bull Rookies Cup.
In Moto3, Moreira debuted at 16 with a sixth-place finish in Qatar 2021. He took pole at Silverstone and finished eighth overall in 2022 and 2023, securing his first win at Mandalika from pole in 2023.
His 2024 Moto2 rookie year included a first top-10 (fourth) in Germany, five straight top-10s, and a maiden podium in Barcelona.
Moreira is confirmed for a MotoGP move in 2026.
